Princeton Deer Survey

For last several years, the deer population has increased in the Town and outlying area and recently, a "Deer Committee" was formed. That committee of interested citizens, who were balanced from their prospective views on the subject, recommended that a survey be undertaken to determine the extent of the problem with deer in the Town.

Click here to access the survey the committee has prepared and we would like an adult resident of your household to complete this survey. The deadline for this survey is Monday, June 24th 2013. Please drop it off at the Town Office – 169 Bridge Street (during regular business hours) before that date. Information regarding the respondents' gender, age and length of time in the Town as well as the area they reside in, will be collected and are very helpful in tabulating the results. Names, addresses and other personal information will not be collected.

If you require further information or explanations to the questions, please contact the Town Office at 250-295-3135. Councillor Earle will be at the Seniors Centre on Thursday June 13th at 7:30 p.m. to answer questions about the survey.
