Princeton Industrial Estates

The Town of Princeton has developed 22 light industrial lots as part of Phase II of a fully serviced industrial land base. Lots range from 1 to 5 acres in size. Princeton Industrial Estates is approximately 101 acres in total size. The property is generally level and fully serviced to municipal standards (with water, sewer, hydro, telephone and sanitary sewer to each lot). Located 1.5 kilometers north of the town centre and on major highwary routes Highway 3 and Higway 5A. The development is directly accessible via Highway #5A and Princeton-Summerland Road.
